This displays—as of 07-Jan-2024—the number of application filings (both non-Madrid and Madrid) per week for the immediately preceding rolling year to date; with a filing statistics summary (min, max, avg, median, mode, var & StDev) for all agents who filed 1 or more cases within the same rolling year.
Bear in mind that the filing date of an inbound Madrid Protocol application is deemed to be the international registration date of the corresponding Madrid registration; and that it can take weeks or months for a Madrid application to arrive at CIPO. Accordingly, an annual count including Madrid filings may change depending on when the count is done.
