This is a partial showing of a breakdown of 2020 Canadian trademark filings made by agent-represented applicants vs. non-agent (pro se) filings. Note that Madrid Treaty filings are excluded to avoid skewing the results (since most Madrid applications do not involve agents at the initial filing stage). Also note that non-agent filings are not necessarily pro se filings, e.g. filings by in-house corporate trademark agents.
